Asher had his 6 week check up and shots last week. He weighed in at 13 lbs. and was 24.5" long. He is getting to be ginormous! He fit into his 0-3 month clothes for like a week. He has been wearing 3-6 month clothes for the last 5-6 weeks and some of those are even borderline now. We can not believe it. We have several friends with babies that are many months older than him and he is much, much bigger than all of them. We hope he slows down soon. It's like he doesn't realize that he was born to poor students as parents.
Zoe loves Asher more and more every day. She calls him, "sad guy" when he starts to fuss at all, which actually isn't very often. He is a pretty happy baby for the most part. He slept for 8 hours in a row last night. Katie was so happy. Hopefully, it will continue. A week or so ago, we took Zoe and Asher to the zoo. It will probably be the last time until next spring because it is getting pretty cold here now. Zoe had a lot of fun, especially in the monkey area. It was like she was communicating with them or something. One monkey to another.
